1) Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders outside business hours/weekends: Lalamove for urgent dispatch (company covers fee) or next business day

2) Returns & Exchanges

Return Request Window
  • Within 3 days after receipt
  • For expiry/temperature issues, report immediately with photos

Return Procedure
  • After verification, we reship on next delivery or issue refund
Exchange / Refund Method
  • Exchange with the same item if available
  • If unavailable, refund or suggest substitute
