1) Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
  • Dispatch within 1–2 business days after confirmation (KL, Klang Valley)
  • Orders outside business hours/weekends: Lalamove for urgent dispatch (company covers fee) or next business day
Operating Schedule
  • Mon–Fri: from 10:00
  • Sat: until 13:00
Minimum Order & Regular Schedules by Region
Region Condition Schedule
KL RM 500 and above Regular, within 1–2 business days
Klang Valley RM 1,000 and above Regular, within 1–2 business days
Penang On request Every Wednesday
Johor On request Every Thursday
Melaka On request Every Friday
Ipoh Schedule by arrangement (contact us)
Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Delivery completion confirmed with Delivery Order (DO)
  • Photo or video evidence upon receipt

2) Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Cases
  • Damaged items
  • Expired or short-dated food
  • Wrong item or quantity
  • Deterioration due to cold-chain break or abnormal temperature
Return Request Window
  • Within 3 days after receipt
  • For expiry/temperature issues, report immediately with photos
Requirements
  • Keep original packaging
  • Provide evidence: received date, photos, and description
  • Specify product name
Return Procedure
  • After verification, we reship on next delivery or issue refund
Exchange / Refund Method
  • Exchange with the same item if available
  • If unavailable, refund or suggest substitute
  • Refund to company account within 7 days
Not Eligible
  • Change of mind
  • Damage/spoilage due to improper storage after receipt
  • Subjective reasons when shelf life is sufficient
